Shipping & Returns Policy
Physical items will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the purchase unless there are issues with stock. Should this be the case, the customer will be notified of the delay and estimated shipping time.
Once an order is shipped it may take between 2-5 working days to arrive, depending upon the state to which it is shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address.
At this time Lost Isle Media does not ship internationally via its website, but you may make a special request to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the vendor is able to ship a specific item outside Australia.
Cancelling a Transaction
Transactions usually can only be cancelled if there are issues with shipping or by special request.
If the customer has been notified of a shipment delay, and the item has not yet been shipped, the customer may request to cancel the transaction by e-mailing email@example.com.
If an item has not been shipped and there are extenuating circumstances you may request a cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org but whether the item can be cancelled is at the discretion of the vendor.
Returns Policy (Digital Items)
Digital downloads may be (re-)downloaded after purchase for as long as your record remains in the Lost Isle Media database as proof of purchase. It is recommended you download any digital purchases within 5 working days, but your record should be maintained indefinitely allowing for unlimited downloads.
However due to the nature of digital downloads you may not return an item that was purchased as a digital download.
Returns Policy (Physical Items)
If an item you purchase is damaged or otherwise does not work, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unsused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item also must be in the original packaging with a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item we will notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You usually should receive the credit within a few days, depending upon your card issuer's policies.
Note that you are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be excluded from that refund.
